What AgentReady does
AgentReady is the booking layer that makes a service business bookable by AI assistants. A customer asks ChatGPT, Claude or any other agent for a slot, and the agent reads the business's live services, checks real availability against the owner's rules and working hours, then confirms the appointment. Every AI interaction is written to a tamper-evident audit log, so the business can show exactly what an agent did on its behalf and when.
Who it is for
It is built for small and medium service businesses in Ireland: garages, dentists, salons, barbers, physiotherapists, plumbers, electricians, driving instructors, vets and cleaners. It suits any business that sells time rather than stock, where a double booking or a no-show costs real money. Owners do not need to understand APIs or agents. They describe their services, set their opening hours, and AgentReady publishes a machine-readable storefront that AI assistants can read and book against.
Who builds it
AgentReady is designed and built by a small, independent team based in Ireland. It is a software platform rather than an agency or consultancy: we do not run campaigns or manage ads for clients, we build the infrastructure that lets agents transact with a local business safely. Being based here means we build for Irish opening hours, Irish counties, Europe/Dublin time and EU rules from the start, including AI Act Article 50 transparency requirements.
What we believe
When an AI assistant books on someone's behalf, both sides deserve a clear record. Prices should be published, availability should be real rather than provisional, and a customer should always be able to see and change their own appointment. That is why every booking made by an agent produces an ordinary booking record an owner can manage, cancel or reschedule from the dashboard.
